Due to the fragile nature of some of our products, on some rare occasions damage can occur during transit. It's for this reason that we insist you thoroughly check all items on your order and report any damage within 48hrs of your order arriving. This allows us to investigate the issue with the courier and – more importantly - resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. After this timeframe, it becomes unclear how the damage has occurred and may prevent you receiving a free-of-charge replacement.

Our whole operation is designed to process & dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. On some very rare occasions, you may find that an item you have received is not what you ordered. Please note: we occasionally recycle packaging or ship items in our supplier's branded packaging, so you may receive an item in a box that looks to be a different brand/model to the product you ordered. Please carefully open the box and check the item inside to confirm whether the product is correct or not.
