Our whole operation is designed to process & dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. On
some very rare
occasions, you may find that an item you have received is not what you ordered. It's for this reason
that we insist you
thoroughly check all items on our order and report any damage within
48hrs of your order arriving. This
allows us to
investigate the issue with our warehouse team and - more importantly - resolve the issue for you as
quickly as possible.
Please note: we occasionally recycle packaging or ship items in our supplier's branded
packaging, so you may receive an
item in a box that looks to be a different brand/model to the product you ordered. Please carefully open
the box and
check the item inside to confirm whether the product is correct or not.
If you have checked the item inside the box/packaging and believe you have received an incorrect item in
please complete the form below and attach images showing the item(s) you received;
codes/markings on the box/packing of the item and include details of the item that you
received. A member of
our Customer Service team will reply and advise how we will resolve this issue for you.
