Meet our Customer Service Manager


Here at Bathshack, one of our aims is to leave our customers feeling happy in the service we have provided. We chatted with Paul Sanders, our customer service manager, about his work behind the scenes at Bathshack as well as some of his favourite things. 

How long have you worked at Bathshack?


2 years, 1 month.


Tell us a little about your day to day role


My day to day role consists of many different activities.  My main priority is to manage the Customer Service and ensure they have all the necessary tools and support to perform their job role as efficiently and effectively as possible.



What’s your favourite part of the job? 


I have two favourite parts of my job. Firstly, I enjoy resolving a customer’s issue and hearing that they are happy with the service Bathshack have provided.  I also enjoy providing support to my team to assist them with customer queries and promoting the great service Bathshack provide to our customers.


What one word would your colleagues use to describe you? 




When you’re not at work what do you enjoy doing? 


Playing sports, going to the gym, going out for dinner, cooking, socialising with friends.

Favourite bathroom trend of 2019? 


I would have to say the matt black bathroom accessories. They are timeless and look stunning.
