It works alongside silicone sealant to help prevent leaks caused by movement, shrinkage, or long-term seal failure. Manufactured using an EPDM upstand and butyl adhesive layer, it is designed to remain flexible while maintaining a watertight joint, making it ideal for new installations or refurbishments where long-term protection against water ingress is essential.
