All Four Bathshack x BUNKR Showroom Bays Are Revealed
Months of moodboards, tile samples and back-and-forth between our team and Charlene from BUNKR Interiors have led to this moment. The four seasonal bathroom and tile bays inside our Antrim showroom are finished, fitted, and open for you to walk through today.
If you've followed the series from the start, you'll know how far we've come. Episode 1 introduced the concepts and moodboards behind Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. Episode 2 took you into the build, watching Charlene and our tile specialist Michael work through tile combinations, textures and materials bay by bay.
Each bay brings together tiles, premium bathroom furniture, statement brassware and the kind of curated finishing touches that only come from months of genuinely sweating the detail. Whether you're planning a full renovation or just want to see what's possible, this is the collaboration doing what it was always meant to do: giving you something to actually look at, touch and take ideas from, right down to the exact taps, tiles and radiators you can walk out with.
Spring Bay: Fresh, Light, Easy to Live With
The Spring bay is the lightest and most approachable of the four, and it earns that lightness through colour rather than avoiding it. A Happi 600 vanity unit in a warm Tuscan red anchors the room, paired with a Kiki basin mixer in matt black and a 600 LED mirror in a black frame, a proper contrast rather than a safe match. The Arc wall hung toilet keeps the floor clear and the room feeling bigger, and a Kiimat Aqua 8mm fluted glass screen divides the shower without closing the space in.
On the walls and floor, it's Pigment multicolour lapato underfoot, Suite Panama Roble bringing a wood-look texture to one wall, and Downtown tile in verde, gloss and matt finishes mixed on the same green, doing the colour work alongside the vanity, finished with a spotlight shower head in the enclosure. Red and green sound like a bold pairing on paper, but set against white walls and black detailing it reads exactly as Spring should: fresh, blooming, confident with colour rather than cautious about it.
Summer Bay: Relaxed, Warm, Spa-Like
Step into Summer and the whole feel changes. This bay leans into brass and warm, sun-baked tones for a relaxed, boutique-hotel atmosphere, the kind of spa-like feel Charlene has aimed for throughout the build. The Roxbury 800 in Joanna sets the scene, and brass carries right through the room from there: a Daytona wall mounted bath filler and Daytona tall basin mixer, a Reina Ottone towel radiator, and an 800mm brushed brass LED mirror over the basin.
The bath itself is a D-shape back-to-wall bath, generous but space-efficient, paired with an Arc rimless fully back-to-wall toilet for clean, streamlined proportions. Underfoot and on the walls, Vinci Desert 60x120 tiles bring scale and warmth, with Iris Marron 7.5x30 layered in as a smaller-format accent in a deeper brown. It all adds up to something that feels genuinely achievable rather than aspirational for the sake of it.
If you've ever wanted your bathroom to feel like a quiet retreat rather than just a functional room, this is the bay to spend time in.
Autumn Bay: Depth, Drama, Design Statement
Autumn is where things get bolder, and the tile does most of the talking. Harlequin Nero is the feature tile "moment" here, a deep, textured black brick tile designed to stop you in your tracks, set against the brightness of Laviano White Polished porcelain across the rest of the room.
Warmth is grounded in furniture and brassware: a Kingsbury 600 countertop vanity with an under-mounted basin in sand, finished with a Tadlow brass tap and an Avon radiator in brushed brass on a white body. A Vitra wall hung toilet keeps the fittings clean and architectural, so the drama stays where it should, on the walls.
This one's for anyone who wants a bathroom with personality. Not a background room, but a space that says something about the people who use it. If your taste runs toward bold interiors elsewhere in your home, Autumn shows you what that looks like translated into tile and finish choices.
Winter Bay: Moody, Sophisticated, Timeless
Winter closes the sequence, and it anchors the whole showroom. A Cosentino Laurent tile sets a deep, moody backdrop, with cleaner, more architectural lines carrying the rest of the room: a Rak wall hung toilet for a minimal footprint, and a Grohe SmartControl Grohtherm shower system that puts temperature and flow on digital push-button control rather than traditional levers, genuinely useful, not just good-looking. A matching Grohe mixer tap ties the brassware together at the basin.
It's the most dramatic of the four bays, but it doesn't feel like a trend that will date. That was the point, proving that a moody, boutique-hotel-style bathroom, backed by fittings built to last, can still feel timeless rather than fleeting.
What the Finished Bays Represent
Seeing all four bays finished and standing side by side, what strikes us most is the range, not just in mood, but in the actual products doing the work. Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter each tell a completely different design story through a different combination of tiles, furniture, brassware and finish, but they've come from the same process: Charlene's eye for concept and mood, and Michael's knowledge of how those combinations actually behave once they're on a wall rather than a sample board.
