P1 and P2 pupils from Creavery Primary School in Antrim enjoyed a visit from Bathshack mascot, Tubs the duck, on
Wednesday (March 20) as part of World Oral Health Day, which is centred around promoting awareness of good oral
health and hygiene.

Health Day.
During the visit, Tubs demonstrated good teeth-brushing etiquette to the children, as well as giving out copies
of the first edition of Bathshack’s new ‘Tubs’ Toons’ booklets – which features an illustrated comic
strip on
Tubs’ teeth-brushing routine. Entitled Brush your teeth with Tubs! the booklet is the first in a planned
series
about Tubs’ adventures, with this edition also including top tips on oral hygiene, along with a drawing page and
colouring-in page.
The P1 and P2 pupils were invited to colour in their page during the visit, with a chocolate Easter egg awarded
to Savannah as first prize for her picture on the day. Fellow pupils, Logan and Ivy were the two runners-up and
also received Easter eggs, while the entire class received Bathshack goody bags.
The pupils’ teacher, Mrs Brown, said: “We’d like to thank Bathshack and Tubs the duck for visiting us on World
Oral Health Day. The pupils really enjoyed the experience and were especially excited to meet Tubs, who
hopefully inspired them to take good care of their oral health! They were also delighted to receive their goody
bags and the winners their chocolate Easter eggs for the colouring-in competition.”
Lorraine Kelly, Bathshack’s Marketing and eCommerce Manager, added, “We’re delighted to launch our new Tubs’
Toons booklet this month and to share it with the pupils of Creavery Primary School in Antrim, where our
warehouse is based. Tubs had a great time meeting the children and helping to judge the class colouring-in
competition. It was great to be welcomed by the school for the visit, so we’d like to thank them for having us
along.”

old, which can be entered by downloading the Tubs’ Toons booklet from the bathshack.com website (via the
