Case Study: Suzy Chambers – Miss Great Britain Belfast Transforms Her New Home with Bathshack and Tileshack
When Suzy Chambers, recently crowned Miss Great Britain Belfast, and her family moved into their new home, one of the spaces she was most excited to design was the bathroom. Working closely with the expert team at Bathshack’s Boucher Road showroom, Suzy and her Husband set out to create four beautifully functional and stylish bathrooms: a luxurious main bathroom, a downstairs bathroom and two individual bathrooms for their children.
Suzy and her family began their journey in the Boucher Road Bathshack showroom, where they explored an extensive range of bathroom suites, tiles, fixtures, and fittings.
“The showroom has so many beautiful displays—we were spoiled for choice,” Suzy shared. “David and the team were very helpful in helping us pick what we wanted whilst also keeping in mind essentials we didn’t think about.”

Main Bathroom
Suzy’s main bathroom was designed to be bold, luxurious, and effortlessly modern. The centrepiece is the Taha 1700mm Freestanding Double Ended Bath, paired with the Eliseo Ricci Vesu Floor Standing Bath Shower Mixer in Black, a striking freestanding tap that makes a strong visual impact. These create a perfect space to unwind in style. For the vanity area, Suzy chose the Hudson Reed 588mm Designer Counter Top Basin, placed on the locally handmade Josef Martin Remo Vanity Unit. Above it, the Noir 700 Black Frame Mirror adds depth and contrast, tying in with the modern black fixtures. The shower space is completed with the Eliseo Ricci Black Triple Thermostatic Concealed Mixer Shower Kit, delivering both functionality and a seamless, high-end finish.
Downstairs Bathroom – Dark, Moody, and Elegant
Suzy wanted a modern luxury bathroom with a dramatic feel, and the main family bathroom delivers just that. With deep, moody tones and high-quality finishes, it’s a space designed for relaxation and style.
She brought the look together using a curated selection of stylish products from Bathshack. To create a sleek and modern feel, Suzy chose the Josef Martin Roma 800mm Wall Mounted Vanity Unit, which paired beautifully with the Nuie 615mm Counter Top Basin in Matt Black for a bold contrast. The look was elevated further with the Eliseo Ricci Exclusiv Tall Mono Basin Mixer in Black, adding a sophisticated matte black finish that ties the space together. For the toilet, she opted for the Arc Rimless Black Wall Hung toilet offering both hygiene and a streamlined design. Above the vanity, the Eliseo Ricci Circa 800 Round Led Mirror adds ambient lighting and everyday practicality for those busy mornings. Everything sits against the stunning Moonlight Pulido 60 x 120cm Porcelain Wall Tile, giving the room a polished, high-end finish.
Jessy’s Bathroom – Stylish, Pink, and Playful
For her daughter Jessy's bathroom, Suzy opted for a soft and girly aesthetic with tones of blush pink, brushed brass accents, and beautiful tiling. The space feels fresh and modern while catering to youthful tastes. Suzy gave Jessy the freedom to design and choose her own bathroom products, focusing on timeless style and practicality-creating a space she could enjoy now and continue to love well into her teenage years.
Jessy chose every detail with care—wanting a space that would grow with her. She was instantly drawn to the soft, elegant tones of the Lancelot Gold Rectified Matt Porcelain 60x60cm Tiles, which added a beautiful backdrop to the room. The Luca 700x500mm Bluetooth LED Mirror with Demister brought in a fun tech touch—perfect for music-loving mornings.
Jessy’s shower choice—the Eliseo Ricci Cube Plus Thermostatic Rain Shower with Diverter in Brushed Brass—was all about comfort and making a bit of a statement. She matched it perfectly with the Eliseo Ricci Vesu Basin Mixer in Brushed Brass, which really pulled the whole look together. The finishing touch was her favourite: the Blush Pink Josef Martin Vanity Unit, adding a soft splash of colour and plenty of practical storage- stylish and just right for her.
Joeys Boys’ Bathroom – Functional and Modern
While Jessy created a soft and stylish space full of personality, her brother Joey took a very different approach with his bathroom. He went for a bold, modern look with dark tones that really reflect his own style. Joey chose the Caracalla Silver 60x120cm Porcelain Tiles. The Happi 500mm Wall Mounted Vanity Unit & Basin in Matt Anthracite gave him a compact but stylish storage solution, while the Eliseo Ricci Noir Cube Plus Thermostatic Rain Shower with Diverter in Black added a striking, geometric touch to complete the look. It’s a space that perfectly matches his bold personality.
Creating a Home That Reflects Family and Style
